Beaver Comes back

Today was a good day. It started out mildly cold and cloudy but very dim. My initial plans for the day were delayed so I decided to go out and see what was out there. I was surprised to see a beaver feeding on a branch near by. The beaver kept his back to me in really low light. I patiently waited and the animal never turned. Got a few marginal shots and was just about to get up when the beaver came back. This time the light was just good enough to get good shots with the Pure Raw processor that I have learned to use. The resulting images show the beaver as the animal swam towards me and then took a meal. Definitely a treat.
