Young Bulls

Life in Yellowstone photography can require hours of diving and exploring. You are looking for the right light so that the color of the Bisen hide comes out as something more than black. Position is also important. Sometimes the animals are far away and sometimes in unappealing areas such as near ranger stations. Other times there are too many of them and they obscure the story you are trying to tell. On this day I got all the elements right and caught these two young bulls fighting.
