Winter Snow Walk

We got snow in February which we do not always get in the Seattle area of Washington State. So much snow that we needed to use the four wheel drive on the truck to get to the trail Snoqualmie Snohomish Watershed Preserve. I figured there was no reason to bring my telephoto and then a few moments after we started walking through the snow, there was a very calm woodpecker. After we got some good shots of the bird, we found a number of good compositions with the snow and trees
