Great Blue Meal

We went for a walk in a wildlife refuge where there was lots of berries. We could hear the little birds. Sometimes we could see them mostly hidden by the foliage. After a few brief moments the bird would fly into deeper parts of the area far away from me. I was able to capture the food, but not the birds today. So we moved on to look for other birds.
We found a great blue heron hunting for food. This bird was carefully wandering around a pool of water that low tide did not take away. After some time, the bird quickly moved to catch a fish pictured below.
