Green Heron

I have seen green herons many times in the past but they have always been pretty far away. The area where I see them has changed this fall and the water is much lower than normal. This has forced the green herons to search in different areas for food. One ideal location is near a viewing platform. I was surprised to see this green heron looking for and finding frogs
